We have worked in the kitchens and alongside the brigades of Antonino Cannavacciuolo, Carlo Cracco, Iginio Massari, Gualtiero Marchesi, and Alessandro Borghese. We followed their recipes step by step, taking notes and capturing real-time photographs to create original, unpublished, and genuinely practical volumes that reveal the secrets of their kitchens. This resulted in a series of highly successful publications – with the Cannavacciuolo volume selling out and being reprinted immediately. Each editorial project approaches the subject from a different angle, featuring design work that pays tribute to their talent, texts written in collaboration with the chefs, and jointly selected photographs. This process has fostered professional relationships, such as those with Cannavacciuolo and Massari, built on mutual respect and appreciation.
