Bruno Munari was a genius of Italian art and design who left his mark across many disciplines, particularly education. His teachings on imagination, play and materials continue to represent the cutting edge of children’s creative development. In collaboration with his student Silvana Sperati, we have created the first Italian work on Munari’s educational philosophy: a 45-volume series dedicated to imagination and children’s creativity. Tailored for adults, each volume features step-by-step children’s workshops, with deep insights, advice, photos and key details. Under the direction of Silvana Sperati, exclusive workshops for groups of children of all ages were organized at Fattoria delle Ginestre. Every activity was custom-designed for this project and explained in detail, to provide readers with a clear and practical example. Furthermore, we managed the multi-media communication campaign.
